Who Attends bIT360 Courses?

Because our courses cover both technical and management topics, our attendees come from a variety of backgrounds, including program managers, process improvement champions, process managers, software engineers, developers, security experts, network administrators, educators, and consultants. Whether you work for a large company, government, academia, or run your own small business, our courses can help you build individual, team, and organizational skills.

Where Should I Stay When I Come for Training?

We have recommendations for hotels around the training locations and in most cases we negotiate discounts for participants of the course. We will enclose travel and lodging information with the confirmation email sent to registrants. Information about travel and lodging can also be found by clicking on 'Travel and Lodging' in the schedule of course offering. Registrants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Can the Training Facilities Accommodate Someone with Disability or Special Access Needs?

We make every effort to provide accessible facilities for individuals who need it. Please contact bIT360, by e-mail (training@bit360.com) or telephone (+1(608) 222-3344) at least three weeks prior to the course start date. Because we offer these courses around the world there may be situations where we may not be able to provide required services. If this becomes the case, we can offer alternate training sites and dates where such requests can be accommodated. We may not be able to accommodate such assistance requests without sufficient notice.

Are any Special Lunch Selections Offered?

We can provide vegetarian, diabetic, kosher or zabiha meals for you if you request these meals on your registration form. Special requests will be honored only if you request them as part of your registration.

What Should I Wear to a Course?

We recommend "business casual". You need not to wear a suit. You should choose clothing that allows you to be comfortable participating in training at a place of business and in the weather conditions of the location where training is offered.

Yes, all of the courses offered by bIT360 provide online registration. You can register by mail or by fax.

Can bIt360 Deliver Courses at My Organization Location?

Yes. We can arrange to have our course instructors and materials sent to your location to deliver the courses. These courses can match our public offerings or can be customized to meet the specific requirements of a customer. The courses are delivered specifically for your organization's employees.
