Critical Care

At bIT360, we recognize the criticality of maximizing the uptime of servers within your network, regardless of their application. To deliver high availability of servers, we offer our Critical Care service. In the event of a server hardware issue, we will respond within two hours and be on site with parts for your HP server within four hours. The response time and availability of spare parts are a significant uplift from the manufacturer’s warranty.
