One of the ways we are differentiating ourselves as a leader in this industry is community involvement. We have numerous employees who volunteer their time to give back to the community. We are proud of our communities and we are proud of our employees.

Dave Willow: As the business advisor to the Midwest Severe Storm Tracking Response Center, Dave, our CTO, is currently working to restructure them as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. This is an all volunteer group officially recognized by Dane County and National Weather Service. Dave is also a volunteer Certified Severe Weather Spotter.

Darrell Higley: Darrell, our Service Technician, has been a National Ski Patroller for 35 years. He is an Outdoor Emergency Care Instructor, Mountain Travel and Rescue Instructor, Low Angle Rescue Instructor, and Chair Evacuation Instructor. Darrell is also a Red Cross-CPR / First Aid Instructor and a volunteer at the Red Cross First Aid Stations. He is an Officer in the Knights of Columbus and he works on Habitat for Humanity Homes. He also helped build and maintain Peace Park, a Handicapped Accessible Park in Janesville.
